At Art of Swimming we try to accommodate everyone and give you the time that would work best for your schedule. This means that our scheduled lessons are based on location, availability, nap schedules and camp hours. We try our best to get everyone into the day and time requested. We understand that things come up and at times you may need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. In the event that a lesson must be canceled or rescheduled, we ask that please adhere to our cancellation policy. Please note that this policy will be strictly enforced.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled lesson time. This also applies to families that book multiple lessons at a time (ex: If you schedule a one hour lesson and cancel 30 minutes of the one hour lesson within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be billed for the full hour booked). The full amount of the lesson will be due for any lessons canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time for tired or cranky children, pool temperature being too cold, any pool related problems, and any weather related reason.
Please be aware that the weather in the Hamptons can change within minutes and from town to town. Due to this fact we ask that NO lessons be canceled due to rain or air temperature. Should there be thunder and/or lightning or extremely heavy rain in your town, the lessons will be canceled by the instructor ONLY. Please also be aware that any lessons that have not been canceled by the instructor for weather or air temperature reasons will be billed for the full amount of the lesson scheduled. Any lessons canceled within 24 hours for any reason will be billed for the full amount of the lesson scheduled.
For the safety of your child and the instructor we ask that any lawn care be done before or after the swimming lesson NOT during, as this can cause sever allergy and asthma attacks.
